Organic Flow Online Store Terms and Conditions

setting out the rules for concluding contracts of sale via the Store and the key information about the Seller, the Store, and the Consumer’s rights.

§1 Definitions

Seller – Fundacja Organic Flow, with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Sienna 86/17, 00-815 Warszawa, KRS: 0001207870, NIP: 5273194187, REGON: 543350900, e-mail: kontakt@organicflow.pl, tel.: +48 733 010 001.

Consumer – a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity.

Buyer – any entity making a purchase.

Terms and Conditions – this document.

Store – the online store available at https://organicflow.pl.

§3 Technical Requirements

To use the Store, the following is required:

• a device with access to the Internet
• a browser supporting cookies and JavaScript
• an active e-mail account

§4 Purchases in the Store

Prices in the Store are total prices.

The Buyer adds a product to the cart, selects a payment method, and provides their details.

Placing an order constitutes conclusion of a contract.

§5 Payments

Available payment methods:

• payment card
• Przelewy24
• traditional bank transfer

The payment card operator is PayPro SA Agent Rozliczeniowy, ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Poznań Nowe Miasto i Wilda w Poznaniu, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000347935, NIP 7792369887, REGON 301345068.

§6 Order Fulfilment

1. The order is fulfilled after payment has been made.
2. In the case of digital services, events, classes, and passes, access to the service is granted immediately after the payment has been credited.
3. In the case of payments made via an online payment operator (e.g. Przelewy24), access to the service is granted automatically upon receipt of payment confirmation.
4. In the case of a traditional bank transfer payment, access to the service is granted within up to 2 business days of the funds being credited to the Seller’s account.
5. Information about the granting of access to the service is provided electronically to the e-mail address given by the Buyer when placing the order.
6. For services provided at a specified time (e.g. workshops, events), fulfilment takes place at the time indicated in the offer description.

Goods are delivered within the territory of Poland.

§7 Right of Withdrawal from the Contract

The Consumer has 14 days to withdraw from the contract.

§8 Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to event services, workshops, and trips.

§9 Complaints

Complaints should be directed to: kontakt@organicflow.pl

The Participant has the right to lodge a complaint regarding services provided by Fundacja Organic Flow.

Complaints should be submitted electronically to the e-mail address: kontakt@organicflow.pl

A complaint should contain data enabling identification of the Participant and a description of the objections raised.

Fundacja Organic Flow reviews complaints within 14 calendar days of their receipt.

If the complaint is upheld, the refund will be made promptly, no later than within 14 days of the date the decision to uphold it was made, using the same payment method used by the Participant, unless the parties agree otherwise.

Information on how the complaint was resolved will be provided electronically to the e-mail address indicated by the Participant.

§10 Personal Data

The data controller is Fundacja Organic Flow.

Data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling the order.

§11 Reservations

The Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the Store.
