Organic Flow Newsletter Terms and Conditions

setting out the rules for provision of the Newsletter service and the key information about the Service Provider and the rights of the Service Recipient.

§1 Definitions

Service Provider – Fundacja Organic Flow, with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Sienna 86/17, 00-815 Warszawa, KRS: 0001207870, NIP: 5273194187, REGON: 543350900, e-mail: kontakt@organicflow.pl.

Newsletter – a service that sends information about events, offers, and news.

Service Recipient – a person using the Newsletter.

§2 Newsletter

Subscribing requires providing an e-mail address.

The Service Recipient may unsubscribe at any time via the link or by e-mail to kontakt@organicflow.pl.

§3 Complaints

The Service Recipient has the right to lodge a complaint regarding the Newsletter service provided by Fundacja Organic Flow.

Complaints should be submitted electronically to the e-mail address: kontakt@organicflow.pl.

A complaint should contain data enabling identification of the Service Recipient and a description of the objections raised.

Fundacja Organic Flow reviews complaints within 14 calendar days of their receipt.

Information on how the complaint was resolved will be provided electronically to the e-mail address indicated by the Service Recipient.

§4 Personal Data

The data controller is Fundacja Organic Flow.

Data is processed for the purpose of sending the Newsletter.

§5 Final Provisions

The Terms and Conditions may be amended for valid reasons.
