Organic Flow

About Us

For us, dance isn't a set of steps — it's a way of listening: to yourself, your partner and the music.

We shaped the Organic Flow method through years of dancing, teaching and searching for what truly works in partner dance. We teach Brazilian Zouk from connection, breath and awareness — the figures arrive as a result of the connection.

Patrycja and Łukasz — an Organic Flow portrait Patrycja and Łukasz in a relaxed pose

Organic Flow is a partner dance school in Warsaw and the signature method we use to teach Brazilian Zouk. But let’s start at the beginning.

What if dance isn’t about steps, but about coming back to yourself? To a body that remembers. To a rhythm that’s faster than thought.

We believe that when two people dance, something inside settles into place. That movement, closeness and breath can build a home. Even if only for the three minutes of a song.

That’s why we teach differently. We, Pati and Luke, built the Organic Flow method over years of dancing, teaching and searching for what actually works in partner dance. We don’t start with figures, we start with listening: to yourself, your partner and the music. Figures come on their own, as a result of connection. Today we also train instructors in this method.

Organic Flow is a space where you don’t have to pretend. Where emotions get a voice, and connection becomes a shared language. We don’t dance next to each other. We create something together. Something that stays in the body long after the last beat has faded.

And one more thing: nobody dances alone here. Groups that start with us quickly become a crew. Shared practice sessions, workshops, trips to the mountains. Many people come for the dancing and stay for the people.

We don’t do this alone. A team has grown up around the method: instructors we trained from the ground up who now teach the way we do, and people who make sure every class and every event simply works. You’ll meet all of us below.

Founder

Łukasz Słaniewski (Słoń) is a movement educator and the creator of the Organic Flow technique, focused on conscious movement, connection, and musical dialogue. He has over 22 years of experience in dance and is a finalist of You Can Dance, So You Think You Can Dance (Season 2).

He is an instructor of contemporary and jazz dance, street styles (locking, house dance), a certified personal trainer, and an instructor of street workout, snowboarding, wakeboarding, and kitesurfing. For 15 years, he taught salsa internationally, gaining extensive experience working with diverse bodies, cultures, and learning styles.

For the past 7 years, he has focused on Brazilian Zouk, developing Organic Flow as a system based on deep connection, listening to one’s partner and body, and refined musical awareness. The technique has been taught across four continents and experienced by thousands of dancers worldwide. His approach integrates biomechanics, body awareness, and relational psychology into a coherent and modern partner dance methodology.

Patrycja Słaniewska

Patrycja Słaniewska

Founder

Always on the move, Patrycja Słaniewska, better known as PATI, has never been very good at… sitting still. Sport, all kinds of classes and physical activity have always been her natural habitat, so no one was surprised when she eventually found her way onto the dance floor. First came the serious side: competitions, stage performances and contemporary dance. Then she went deeper into contact improvisation, where listening to the body, the space and another person matters just as much as listening to the music.

Alongside this, she was drawn into the world of social dancing: salsa, bachata, zouk and kizomba. Here, dance is about music, connection, the pleasure of being in the moment and a genuine encounter with another person. Before anyone could ask which style she liked best, the answer was already clear: wherever there is flow.

From 2015 onwards, her dance journey really gathered pace. She soon became an instructor at Salsa Libre, one of the best-known dance schools, and events started coming around more often than sore muscles after an intense workout. Workshops in Warsaw, festivals, trips and dance adventures across Europe and beyond took her from Amsterdam through Germany and Spain, working with instructors from Poland and abroad.

Together with Łukasz Słaniewski, she began spreading her wings as a dancer and developing their own style, Organic Flow (Zouk Organic Flow), based on mindfulness, natural movement and a deep connection between partners. For more than eight years, they have taught it together at workshops and festivals around the world, steadily building its recognition and community. Their dance map extends well beyond Europe: last year, they also taught in the United States for the first time, including Hawaii, as well as in destinations as far away as Thailand.

PATI is often called "Liquid Body" because her dancing is pure fluidity: light, authentic and full of smiling energy that you can feel from the very first step. No pressure, just flow, authenticity and mindful connection.

Adam Górski

Adam Górski

Instructor

A true Renaissance man, Adam knows something about almost everything.

He started dancing six years ago. For the first two years, he tried almost every style the social dance schools had to offer: salsa, bachata, zouk, kizomba, jazz and contemporary, as well as workshops, special classes, isolations and body movement. He trained every day and carried a supply of food with him; before long, everyone knew him as "the guy who's eating again".

After a while, he left the other styles behind and focused mainly on Brazilian Zouk, learning wherever he could, but mostly under the guidance of Pati and Słoń.

He attended so many classes and dance trips that instructors started checking their wardrobes, just in case Adam was sleeping in there. He loves playing with music, a good connection and spins.

In dance, he looks for creativity, great energy and a connection with both his partner and himself.

Outside dance, he is an English teacher with 13 years of experience, a massage therapist and a physiotherapist in training.

He has trained in basketball, self-defence and sudoku, and can throw a bus ticket 15 metres.

He used to play League of Legends semi-professionally, coach players and commentate on esports competitions.

He loves cats, good food and film scores.

In his free time, he watches old cartoons, plays guitar and reads books.

Bartek Maszota

Not everyone knows that his dance journey began with solo dance. Over the years, he explored a wide range of styles, from hip-hop, house and funk through dancehall and waacking to contemporary dance. That chapter also included flash mobs, stage performances and dance competitions as part of a group. Performing and movement were part of his life from early on.

Partner dancing came later: ballroom, bachata, salsa and a brief venture into rock and roll. Each brought something different, but zouk, especially Organic Flow, turned out to be what resonated with him most.

For him, dance is first and foremost about the relationship: understanding each other, working together and having fun with one another and the music. The number of moves does not matter. What counts is presence, mindfulness and a conversation through movement.

He has danced zouk in many places outside Poland, especially Brazil, but also Israel, Jordan, Croatia, Norway, Denmark and Malaysia, among others. For him, dance is also a way to meet people and build connections across borders.

Originally from Gdynia, he graduated in mathematics from Gdańsk University of Technology and works as a software developer. He spends plenty of time at a keyboard, balancing it with movement and regular runs. He also reads, mostly fantasy and crime fiction.

All of this, his analytical mind, movement, music and curiosity about the world, naturally comes together in his dancing and the way he shares it with others.

Dominik Domarecki

Instructor

In his day-to-day work, he is a business adviser with more than thirteen years of experience, helping entrepreneurs and companies develop strategies, innovate, plan investments and improve profitability. He also works as a health consultant, helping people find balance between work, their bodies and life. Cooking and sport are his natural ways to recharge; these days, he mostly runs and practises calisthenics.

His friends say he has a wild streak: each year, he tries to do something a little out there, from taking part in a fasting ceremony with Indigenous people to crossing the Atlantic as a crew member on a catamaran.

In dance, his priority is creating a safe space through mindful breathing, listening to the body, offering direction and responding flexibly to whatever unfolds. Accepting imperfection and finding pleasure and playfulness in movement are fundamental to him, as is building a healthy relationship with another person, starting with oneself.

His dance journey began many years ago with intuitive solo movement, drawing great inspiration from the work of Ohad Naharin. In 2020, he fell in love with Brazilian Zouk, which brought together everything he already valued: movement, presence and connection.

His greatest joy comes from working with complete beginners. Watching their passion for partner dancing emerge, step by step, is one of his most rewarding experiences in the studio.

Dominika Woźniak

Dominika Woźniak

Instructor

For her, learning to dance is like learning a new language. Dance itself is a moving conversation that calls for mindfulness, letting go of expectations and a sincere desire to understand another person.

Her favourite language of movement is zouk: a space for relaxation, meditation in motion and the meeting of two people's energies, as well as creativity and play. The connection this dance creates shows that we can do more together, and what unfolds between partners often goes beyond either person's expectations. Dance nurtures both body and soul.

Her dance journey began well over a decade ago in Barcelona, where she spent five eventful years. She danced salsa with Latin American friends, immersed herself in Brazilian bossa nova and developed her musicality and feel for languages. Back in Poland, she continued learning salsa and tried bachata and kizomba. Although salsa remains close to her heart, zouk and the people behind Organic Flow have won it for good.

Languages are her natural habitat. She speaks fluent Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese and knows the basics of several other languages. Her passion for language and Latin culture led her to complete a degree in Iberian Studies, and today she teaches Spanish to both children and adults. She teaches many classes every day, sharing her energy and calm, and showing that learning, like dancing, does not have to be perfect to be effective.

Kaja Kalmus

Manager

She is the person who makes everything run more smoothly, even when it looks like controlled chaos from the outside. Within the team, she helps the school move forward with ease, efficiency and an ever-stronger sense of its own identity. She organises, connects the dots and makes sure things actually happen.

She has been dancing for more than ten years. She started with bachata and salsa, but zouk swept her off her feet and never let go. Today, she actively supports the zouk community, helps create festivals, organises events and is there whenever dance needs good organisation and a little heart.

Outside the studio, her world revolves around two dogs, long walks, movement and master-level multitasking. She does a million things at once, but there is always a method to the chaos. From the outside, it looks like a whole lot of colour, energy and fun… and that is exactly what it is.

Kamil Kochan

Kamil Kochan

Instructor

Kamil likes to watch, listen and take things apart to understand how they work. In dance, just as in life. He is a calm observer and problem-solver who can see a solution where others only see a sticking point.

He has been dancing since 2012. He started with salsa, but curiosity soon took him further: through bachata, kizomba, rumba, son, reggaeton, dancehall, popping, contact improvisation and ballet, all the way to less conventional forms of movement. He has been involved with the Organic Flow technique from the very beginning. For him, it brought structure, biomechanics and logical thinking together with freedom, connection and the exchange of energy.

In his day-to-day work, he looks after radio communications for the Warsaw Metro and believes that everything is interconnected. He naturally brings this approach into the studio. He breaks movement down, looks for simple solutions and helps make difficult things feel lighter and more natural.

In class, he gets technical when something needs explaining, but always leaves room for experimentation. When something does not work, he looks for the missing piece rather than someone to blame. He treats mistakes as information and dance as a conversation in which listening and responding to the present moment matter most.

Outside the studio, he is curious and has many interests: programming, looking after the school's technical setup, board sports and cooking. He does not pretend to be perfect. Organic Flow feels like home to him because it is a living, imperfect form of expression.

"Come and explore your own flow with me, without pressure, with curiosity and mindfulness."

Marcin Siennicki

Marcin Siennicki

Instructor

Marcin Siennicki teaches Brazilian Zouk at Organic Flow in Warsaw. He is one of those instructors who quickly makes you stop wondering, "Am I cut out for this?" You do not need experience or a repertoire of moves. What matters more is giving yourself space to try.

In dance, he is most interested in flow, mindfulness and connection with another person. More than the steps, he cares about what happens between partners: how they feel and how they converse with the music through movement. He encourages dancers to listen to one another and find ease and playfulness instead of simply repeating patterns.

He has been dancing zouk for three years, having previously spent two years dancing bachata. It was the quality of the connection between partners that inspired him to change styles. He regularly trains with different instructors to keep expanding his knowledge, and also practises reggaeton to develop his body movement and musicality.

His classes focus on simple, intuitive exercises that help people feel comfortable dancing with a partner, build confidence and get used to making mistakes as a natural part of learning. He studied physics, so he enjoys making complex things simple and teaching through experimentation. He does not believe there is only one right way to dance; everyone can find something of their own in it.

"If you want to start dancing without pressure, feel the flow and become comfortable in movement, come and join my classes."

Michał Rogowski

Michał Rogowski

Instructor

He has been dancing for as long as he can remember. His first partner dance classes were in primary school, and zouk quickly became his natural language of movement, back when it was only just beginning to appear on Polish dance floors. He has been gaining experience since the earliest days of the scene, as zouk in Poland was still taking shape.

At the heart of his dancing are connection, genuine contact between partners, softness of movement, fluidity and flow. These are what turn dance from a collection of moves into a conversation.

As an instructor, he places great importance on the atmosphere. For him, students' sense of safety and comfort is the foundation for developing sensitivity, communication and creativity. Technique matters, but he sees it as a tool that supports dance rather than an end in itself.

He regularly attends socials, workshops and dance trips, often travelling with his wife and their two children. He has taken part in every Organic Flow choreography to date, and complements his movement training with activities including pole dance, which for several years has helped him develop greater body awareness, strength, control and fluidity.

Outside dance, he is a software developer, an IT geek and an incurable collector of hobbies, from water and board sports to volleyball, downhill biking, cycling trips, camping and mountain adventures. He loves travelling and considers Thailand his second home.

His long-term dream is to combine teaching zouk with travel, creating dance trips where movement, relationships and shared experiences matter just as much as the steps themselves.

Ola Adamiak

Ola Adamiak

Instructor

Dance has been a part of her life for as long as she can remember. She took her first dance steps in a ballet studio as a little girl. Even then, she knew that although ballet pliés and arabesques had unknowingly given her a strong technical foundation, they were only the beginning of her journey to find herself through dance, and that this passion would become an important part of her life.

She later entered the world of ballroom dancing, which taught her precision and body awareness, before discovering salsa. Interwoven with other styles, salsa captured her heart for many years.

However, her curiosity and constant desire to grow would not allow her to follow just one path. She gradually immersed herself in zouk, kizomba, bachata and other styles, but it was zouk that she eventually decided to return to after several years.

Since 2018, she has also been sharing her passion as an instructor. She began teaching at Krambo Dance School in Kraków and later worked with widely recognised Warsaw schools such as Egurola Dance Studio, Salsa Libre, Salsa Classica and Warsaw Salsa Club, as well as teaching as a guest instructor at Abra Studio.

In her classes, she strives to combine positive energy, valuable material and a mindful, conscious approach to movement. She makes sure that every hour spent in the studio becomes an opportunity for development, inspiration and the joy of dancing. She has also performed many times at national and international festivals, as well as at local dance events.

Today, she is a dancer of many styles, constantly drawing inspiration from each of them. Zouk, however, has become her greatest passion and a space where she can create movement that is fluid, creative, organic and full of possibilities.

It is a style that allows her to breathe through movement, play with dynamics and create something unique every time. This exceptional combination is what continues to inspire her to explore zouk more deeply and share her passion with others.

His dancing lives somewhere between energy and calm. Between a rhythm that moves through the body and a melody that lets you drift away. For him, Brazilian Zouk is a space for connection with the music, his partner and himself. He loves truly listening to music, whether it is powerful and energetic or gentle and melodic.

Outside the dance studio, his world is full of movement in its many forms: martial arts, piano, travel, mountains, snowboarding and animals. Nature, music and the body continually weave together in his life, helping him stay in the present moment.

He has been dancing since 2018. He has tried many styles, including reggaeton, hip-hop, house, shuffle dance and contact improvisation, but found something special in zouk: naturalness, mindfulness and a suppleness of movement that lets him adapt the dance to the music and build a genuine connection with his partner.

In class, he listens closely to his students' needs. His greatest satisfaction comes when his guidance begins to click, when someone finds their way in movement and, through movement, discovers more of themselves. For him, dance should bring pleasure, flow and joy, while also developing body awareness and a relationship with music.

In movement, he seeks energy, presence and joy, as well as naturalness and calm. He values the power of music and nature, which shape his approach to dance and life. He wants his classes to be a space where everyone can be themselves, enjoy moving and experience a genuine connection with the music, their body and the people around them.

Piotr Dacewicz

Piotr Dacewicz

Instructor

Some people make you feel calm from the very first moment. Piotr is one of them. In his dancing, the mind takes a back seat to the body, feeling and trust in movement. No pressure, no tension, just softness.

He sees dance as an encounter between two people and a shared journey with music. Closeness, mindfulness and being in the present moment matter more than perfect steps.

He has been dancing since 2006. His path took him through salsa, bachata and kizomba before he found zouk, which gave him freedom, improvisation and the joy of movement. That is where he naturally connected with the Organic Flow philosophy.

In class, he brings technique and gentleness together. Safety comes first, and mistakes are part of the process. He wants everyone to leave the studio feeling they have grown and eager to return to the dance floor.

Outside dance, he works in air cargo, where staying calm amid chaos is part of everyday life. Music and fantasy books feed his imagination and his sensitivity to movement.

Dance has been part of my life since 2019. I started with bachata, but zouk turned out to be a real discovery. Not only is it closer to my musical tastes, but it also captivated me with its fluid movement and distinctive flow. The energy of this dance, and the people who bring it to life, make every meeting on the dance floor a joy, whether at a party or in class.

He has been involved in dance since 2019. He started with bachata, but soon discovered zouk, which felt closer to his musical sensibility. Its fluid movement, natural flow and quality of connection made it a lasting part of his life.

He has been connected with Organic Flow since the beginning of his zouk journey. It is the community that shaped his understanding of dance as a relationship, a dialogue and a shared experience. He joined the Organic Flow team in 2025, a natural step after years of being close to the community and the school's philosophy.

His greatest joy comes from the energy that emerges between people on the dance floor, both in class and at parties. That atmosphere, the flow and the people who make zouk what it is keep him coming back to the dance floor and wanting to share it with others.

Piotrek Olczak

Piotrek Olczak

Instructor

Piotrek has been dancing zouk for nine years. He has tried different styles, but zouk is the one that stayed with him, and all signs suggest it is here to stay for good. He learned from many instructors, at festivals and socials, before eventually finding his home at Organic Flow.

Why there? Because it is the place where he finds it easiest to enter a state of flow, enjoy movement, feel light and have fun in good company. For him, dance is a space for meeting others, feeling free and being in the present moment.

He has been teaching for almost two years and warmly invites you to his classes, or to any Organic Flow class. He wants to share what he values most: the pleasure of dancing and the experience of flow that stays in your body long afterwards.

And who knows? Maybe zouk will become a lasting part of your life too.

Sandra Szczepkowska

Sandra Szczepkowska

Instructor

Sandra says it straight away: dance is her passion, but not simply because she is an instructor. She feels zouk in her soul, while her heart also takes her in other directions. That variety is exactly what makes her stand out.

She draws inspiration from many styles and weaves them into her styling and footwork, sometimes lyrical, sometimes full of street-style attitude. She does not like being put in a box. She plays with movement and teaches dance that you feel, not just reproduce. She is also a big fan of technique… and jokes.

Before zouk became her main language, she explored hip-hop, house, jazz, bachata and salsa. Each style gave her something different: a fresh perspective on dynamics, rhythm and how the body moves. Today, that mix forms her rich and distinctive skill set, which many people have experienced in her Ladies Zouk Solo classes.

She likes to understand why movement works. She breaks dance down into its components: muscles, body weight and mechanics. At the same time, she loves the moment when you can lose yourself in movement and simply let it flow. This allows her to teach across a wide range of energies, so everyone can find something that speaks to them.

She has extensive performance experience, including projects, recordings, shows and festivals. These have given her not only confidence on stage, but also an awareness of movement, emotional expression and presence. She is always happy to offer support in this area.

She continues to develop in zouk, both as a follower and by learning to lead. This greatly broadens her perspective and helps her understand communication between partners from both sides.

Away from the dance floor, she "dances" on a longboard, explores personal development and surrounds herself with things that inspire her: colours, ethnic patterns and different forms of art. All of this naturally finds its way into her movement, energy and teaching.

Sandra Zabiełło

Sandra Zabiełło

Instructor

Her attentiveness is something you feel within the first few minutes. She notices when someone gets stuck. She catches the moment when tension builds and the thought appears: "I have to get this right straight away." She helps that pressure dissolve, bringing you back to a simple place: I can be where I am, just as I am.

She is a Jungian psychotherapist, and that quality of attention naturally carries over into the studio. Sandra is present, sees you and supports you along the way. When working with students, she notices what often lies beneath the surface: control, shame, perfectionism and tension. She can read a person through their movement and help the mind let go so the body can take the lead.

Her dance journey began early, with cheerleading, hip-hop and a range of other styles. Over time, her movement became more organic: spontaneous, sometimes awkward and imperfect, but real. Zouk came later, and Organic Flow quickly became a special place for her. From the very beginning, she felt at home there. In November 2024, she joined the Organic Flow team.

Outside the studio, her body is her home. She graduated from a university of physical education, completed a yoga teacher training course and loves movement in all its forms. Diving is her favourite, because underwater everything slows down and breathing feels different. This combination of breath, flow, presence and trust in the process shines through in her dancing and teaching.

Her classes combine technique and flow, but above all, she responds attentively to the group. If something does not work, it is fine for it not to work many times. Sandra will still find progress: a small detail, a better direction, greater confidence. And when needed, she will return to the basics and offer one small thing to focus on here and now.

Because in her philosophy, movement does not have to be perfect. It should be yours. Real. Something that truly reflects who you are.

Ula Rogowska

Ula Rogowska

Instructor

She discovered her passion for dance as an adult, starting with a salsa course. Zouk entered her life in 2011, but soon made way for another important chapter: becoming a mother to Mateusz and Agnieszka. Years later, she returned to the dance floor, rediscovering both dance and herself.

In dance, she values softness, presence and the conversation between partners far more than showmanship or impressive moves. Closeness, mindfulness and being in the present moment are the essence of movement for her.

She teaches dance the way she likes to experience it herself: with joy, freedom and no pressure to be "perfect". She hopes everyone leaves her classes feeling a little lighter and more connected to themselves than when they arrived.

She holds a degree in Iberian Studies with a specialisation in Portuguese, so she enjoys translating song lyrics and explaining the meanings behind the names of dance moves, bringing dance together with language, culture and music.
