Information about cookies
Cookie policy of the www.organicflow.pl website
-
“Cookies” are understood to mean IT data stored on users’ end devices, intended for use with websites. In particular, these are text files containing the name of the website from which they originate, the storage time on the end device, and a unique number.
-
The website does not automatically collect any information, except for the information contained in cookie files.
-
Cookies are intended for use with the website’s pages, and we use them to:
- enable logging in and maintaining the user’s session on each subsequent page of the website
- adapt the content of the website to the individual preferences of the user; above all, these files recognize the user’s device so that the page is displayed in accordance with the user’s preferences
- with your consent — analyze traffic on the website and measure the effectiveness of marketing activities (analytical and marketing cookies, including Meta Pixel and Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager). Details in the “Consent to analytical and marketing cookies” section below.
-
Cookies used by our partners (listed in the Privacy Policy) of the website operator, including in particular website users, are subject to the partners’ own privacy policies.
-
To ensure the security of the data entrusted to us, we have developed internal procedures and recommendations designed to prevent the disclosure of data to unauthorized persons. We monitor their implementation and continuously check their compliance with the relevant legal acts — the Personal Data Protection Act, the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services, as well as all types of implementing acts and acts of Community law.
-
We use two types of cookies:
- session – these remain on your device until you leave the website or close your web browser;
- persistent – these remain on your device for a specified period of time or until manually deleted.
-
Without your consent — i.e. when you use only necessary files — we do not collect data allowing your identification through cookie technology; the only such information is the IP address, which, however, without being combined with other data, does not allow identification. If you consent to analytical and marketing cookies (see the “Consent to analytical and marketing cookies” section below), these files — including Meta Pixel and Google Analytics — may store identifiers on your device (e.g.
_fbp,_ga) and transfer data to our partners, including Google and Meta. You may withdraw your consent at any time. -
By default, web browsing software allows cookies to be placed on the user’s end device. These settings may be changed by the user in such a way as to block the automatic handling of “cookies” in the web browser settings, or to be notified each time cookies are sent to the user’s device.
-
You may change your cookie settings at any time. Detailed information on the possibilities and methods of handling cookies is available in the software (web browser) settings.

Consent to analytical and marketing cookies
We divide cookies into two categories:
- necessary — required for the website to function (logging in, maintaining the session, remembering the language). These do not require consent and are always active.
- analytical and marketing — activated only after you give your consent. Until such consent is given, they remain disabled by default (Google Consent Mode mechanism), and any identifiers are deleted with each request to the server.
Within analytical and marketing cookies, we use:
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) — measuring the effectiveness of advertising and activities on Facebook/Instagram; files including
_fbp,_fbc. - Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager / Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd.) — traffic statistics and conversion measurement; files including
_ga,_ga_*,_gid,_gcl_*.
You may give, refuse, or change your consent at any time using the “Cookie Settings” link in the website footer. Withdrawing consent results in the immediate deletion of the above-mentioned files and the cessation of their further storage.
